  • IF THE ITEM YOU HAVE PURCHASED IS PRE-ORDERED, ORDERED IN FOR YOU, IS A SALE ITEM OR PERSONALISED, NO EXCHANGE WILL BE OFFERED.
  • ALL ITEMS COLLECTED OR RECEIVED VIA ROYAL MAIL, MY HERMES OR DELIVERED BY OUR DELIVERY COMPANY SHOULD BE CHECKED & ANY PROBLEMS REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
  • ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS, IN UNDAMAGED, ORIGIONAL PACKAGING, YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN FEE.
  • ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED PERSONALLY BY OUR STAFF BEFORE LEAVING TO ENSURE THERE ARE NO FAULTS OR DAMGAGE, HOWEVER IF THERE IS A FAULT OR DAMAGE THAT YOU REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING, WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT WITH NO ADDITIONAL COSTS.

Once your item/s arrive, you must check over your items while the delivery driver/s are present, you will be given a form to sign to say you have accepted the condition that they have arrived to you. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges if reported damaged/imperfect. So please ensure to allow time to check your purchase.
